GLOBAL SYSTEM SERVICES SPINS OFF EXPERT SERVICES AND COMPUTER FORENSICS SUBSIDIARY

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, October 31, 2006 – Global System Services Corporation (“GSS”), a leading e-mail and messaging software and services firm, today announced the establishment of GSS Labs, a wholly-owned subsidiary. GSS Labs serves clients in the legal and computer forensics industries by providing e-mail and messaging technology expert witnesses, expert consulting services, messaging related prior art searches, and specialized e-mail and messaging related computer forensics including data recovery and extraction from legacy e-mail systems.

GSS Labs is lead by established industry experts in e-mail and messaging and related technologies such as wireless and instant messaging and collaborative computing.

In addition to expert services and computer forensics, GSS Labs is to provide research and demonstration of e-mail and messaging related prior art software for patent and intellectual property matters. GSS Labs can re-create legacy computing environments of any scale or complexity including hardware, operating systems, applications, build/compilation environments, and network configurations.

GSS Labs, based in Sunnyvale California, is equipped with new computer forensics editions of GSS’ migration tools for e-mail, directory, and calendar information based on GSS’ award-winning GSS Migration Wizard product line. GSS Migration Wizard has been used for nearly a decade by many of the largest companies in the world. The computer forensics editions of GSS’ tools perform data recovery and extraction preserving 100% of the information from legacy proprietary systems.
