PST2MBOX SUITE ENABLES TRANSITION TO CLOUD COMPUTING BASED SAAS
Helps customers move from Microsoft Exchange to standards-based and opensource messaging and collaboration
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, May 17, 2010 – Global System Services Corporation (“GSS”), a leading messaging and collaboration systems integrator and migration tools software vendor, today announced PST2MBOX Suite, a complete customer self-migration solution for Software as a Service (SaaS) service providers, as well as for enterprises. PST2MBOX Suite is a set of migration tools to move from on-premise Microsoft Exchange to standards-based solutions such as Sun Java Communications Suite, the number one solution among service providers, and opensource, e.g., Linux-based, messaging and collaboration solutions.
While Cloud Computing and SaaS messaging and collaboration solutions have matured, adoption has been held back by the challenges of migration. PST2MBOX Suite is a customer-driven solution that can be used directly by enterprises to switch from Microsoft Exchange to standards-based or opensource solutions, and the product can be packaged by messaging and collaboration SaaS providers as a highly-scalable, customer self-migration solution.
On-premise messaging and collaboration solutions are obsolete and lack return on investment (ROI), particularly for small and medium-sized businesses. Today, the cost of mandatory supporting infrastructure such as wireless access, archiving, antivirus and anti-spam, and regulatory compliance far exceeds to cost of core messaging and collaboration services.

PST2MBOX Suite is a powerful set of file-centric, command line interface (CLI) utilities designed for scripting and automation and provides the fastest conversion of any product on the market.
